Friends of DCGS - Grand Christmas Draw 2025
We are pleased to launch the Friends of DCGS Grand Christmas Draw 2025. The annual Grand Draw is one of the most important fundraising events of the year. The support we receive every year from parents, guardians, students and staff is amazing and over the last few years it has made significant contributions to renovating the Modern Foreign Language conversation spaces, refurbishing Science laboratories, improving sporting facilities, providing IT equipment for students to use in lessons and of course a major donation to our wonderful new Student Support Centre. This year the funds will be used to us to install solar panels around the school site with the aim of significantly lowering our energy expenditure.
Entries for the Grand Draw will be purchased online. It’s a great opportunity for the school community to get involved in our fundraising.
Ticket sales close at 20:00 on 18 December and the draw will take place on the morning of 19 December 2025.
The prizes are:
- FIRST PRIZE | The Big One | Win £1,000
- RUNNER UP PRIZES | Four Prizes | Win £100

Student Competition
Students have the opportunity to win great prizes by promoting the raffle to family and friends. They can use email, text message or social media to share the link here and their unique ID. This ID will be issued by their form tutor. Anyone who buys an entry can select which student to assign the credit for their donation to, or they can choose to split the credit between multiple students.
The student competition prizes are:
- Top Selling Students | The top selling student per year will win a £25 Amazon Voucher providing they have sold at least £100 of tickets
- Top Selling Class | Win a day out at Go Ape (Please note that this can only be won if at least 15 individual students in the class have sold tickets)
An anonymised leaderboard can be viewed here.
We hope that all students will get involved to help raise funds for the school and make the raffle a great success.
Thank you in advance for your support.
