Student Wellbeing Week was very enjoyable and I reaped the physical and mental benefits.
On Monday, in our form, we discussed Cancer Research UK and how it helps people who are diagnosed with the disease. On Tuesday, we walked around the field during form time. I had a nice time chatting to my Newman and Pearson friends and enjoyed getting some fresh air and exercise. It was Charity Day on Wednesday, so we chose what clothes we could wear as long as they were green, orange, purple, pink or blue. I settled for a green top and hoodie. We also had an assembly and the Newman House Captain surprised us by telling us we were first in the house cup! But then he revealed he was joking. We had another form discussion about Wellbeing on Thursday. At the school gates on Friday morning there was the food bank and I donated a few tinned items and snack bars.
