Our annual Senior Prizegiving took place last week and Old Challoner Greg Hands MP presented GCSE certificates and prizes in front of a packed house of students and their parents. In his remarks Mr Hands noted the changes to the school since his time here, and challenged the current group of students to aim as high as they could in their chosen field.

After an introduction from Chair of Governors Jane Penton Hauchard, Dr Fenton reviewed another very successful year in the life of the school. He focused on the way in which academic success is complemented by a wide range of other activities that enrich the lives of our students.

The evening ended with a special presentation by The Chair of Governors to Mr Dick Brisbourne to mark his retirement from the Governing Body after 26 years of service.
